Critical Security Notice

NEVER share your recovery phrase or private keys with anyone. Vaulta representatives will NEVER ask for your recovery phrase, password, or private keys. Anyone requesting this information is attempting to steal your funds.

Your recovery phrase is the master key to your entire wallet. Write it down on paper and store it in a secure physical location. Do not store it digitally, in cloud storage, or take screenshots. Loss or theft of your recovery phrase means permanent loss of access to your digital assets.

Non-Custodial Wallet

Vaulta Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. This means you have complete control over your digital assets, but it also means you bear complete responsibility for their security. Unlike traditional financial institutions, there is no bank, no customer service that can reset your password, and no way to recover lost access credentials.

Your Keys, Your Crypto

You maintain full custody and control of your digital assets at all times

No Third-Party Access

Vaulta cannot access, freeze, or recover your wallet under any circumstances

Risks & Responsibilities

Using cryptocurrency involves significant risks. By using Vaulta Wallet, you acknowledge and accept these risks:

  • Irreversible Transactions: All blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be reversed once confirmed
  • Price Volatility: Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically, and you may lose some or all of your investment
  • User Error: Sending funds to an incorrect address will result in permanent loss
  • Security Threats: You are responsible for protecting your device from malware, viruses, and unauthorized access
  • Regulatory Changes: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change at any time
  • Network Issues: Blockchain networks may experience congestion, delays, or technical problems

No Recovery Services

If you lose your recovery phrase or password, your wallet and all its contents are lost forever. There is no password reset button, no customer support that can help you, and no technical way to recover your assets. Make multiple secure backups of your recovery phrase immediately after creating your wallet.

Vaulta does not store your private keys, recovery phrases, or passwords on any server. Everything is encrypted locally on your device. This design ensures maximum security, but it also means recovery is impossible without your credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining secure backups.

User Acknowledgment

By using Vaulta Wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept this Important Notice. You understand that:

1

Self-Custody Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of your recovery phrase, private keys, and passwords. No one can help you recover them if lost.

2

Transaction Finality

All blockchain transactions are irreversible. You must carefully verify all transaction details before confirming.

3

Risk Acceptance

You understand the risks of cryptocurrency and accept full responsibility for any losses that may occur.
